• Business data: Orders, jobs, printer configurations, filament inventory, client information, and cost data you enter into the Service.
• Billing information: Payment details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

Each account operates in a fully isolated tenant. Your business data — orders, clients, cost records, and printer configurations — is never shared with or accessible by other accounts. Tenant isolation is enforced at the database and application level.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with third parties only as necessary to operate the Service:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Cloud infrastructure providers — hosting and database services
• Analytics tools — aggregate, anonymized usage analytics

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 90 days to allow for reactivation. After 90 days, account data is permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.
